As a part of my passion to connect diverse cultures through direct engagement, I founded Sea to See Travel. We create authentic people-to people connections through private travel experiences. Through our trips, many lasting friendships have developed with walls and barriers lifted to create understanding and peace.
About Sea to See Travel
As founder and owner of Sea to See Travel, I provide unique, custom, and personal travel experiences that provide opportunities for intercultural competence, service, cultural awareness and sensitivity through positive people-to-people interactions. Each trip provides opportunities to develop intercultural competence through awareness of self, perceptions of other, and positive behavioral changes among diverse cultures. . My focus is to provide custom experiences to make an impact and a platform for connections, communication, understanding, friendship and peace. I design each trip to be culturally awakening through local and personal interactions, and provide opportunities to make a meaningful global impact. My goal is to deliver a powerful experience and connection on my guests and the host community to create a lasting impact among both our guests and the local host culture.
Intercultural Competence through Global Outreach
As I work to live my passion to connect cultures and communities through education and travel, I also experience the humanity that exists within all of us. The power of empathy and humility, as a function of intercultural competence, allows us to see and experience the humanity which exists inside a person....to feel their pain, their joy, their struggles, their pride. In this way, I feel a responsibility to give back what and how I can to the world around us. It is in these actions, that our connection becomes truly as one human family.
